How to file a Crestor Lawsuit
To file a Crestor lawsuit, the victim should contact an experienced attorney who is well versed on pharmaceutical or product liability cases. The attorney would help the victim to file a case against AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer of Crestor, its sales representatives, testing laboratories, or the pharmacists who sell the medicine. While filing a case against the sales representatives, the victim should prove that the representatives either shielded information to the doctors about Crestor or gave some kind of incentive to the doctors to prescribe Crestor.
