- Judicial Branch - This is the official site of the Massachusetts Judicial Branch and it includes the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the courts, judicial profiles, recent court opinions, press releases, and a variety of other useful information.
- Appeals Court - Most appeals from the several Departments of the Trial Court enter initially in the Appeals Court, but some are then transferred to the Supreme Judicial Court. However a majority will be decided by the Appeals Court. The Appeals Court also has jurisdiction over appeals from final decisions of three State agencies: the Appellate Tax Board, the Department of Industrial Accidents and the Labor Relations Commission.
