Personal Injury or Negligence: 2 years with Discovery Rule.
Wrongful Death: Two Years. However there are exceptions in Death Cases due to asbestos or medical malpractice. Medical Malpractice : Statute of limitations is 3 years from the date of injury or 1 year from date of discovery, whichever occurs. For infants who are aged below 6, SOL is 3 years or prior to age 8.
Products Liability: Statute of Limitations for Products Liability is 2 years with Discovery Rule
Intentional Torts: In case of Intentional Torts, the SOL is 1 or 2 years depending on case. Municipal Liability/Sovereign Immunity - 6 Months
Discovery Rule: Statute of Limitations runs from when the injury is or should have been discovered. Civil Action for Sexual Molestation of a Minor: 3 years
Sex Discrimination Action for Wages: 2 years but 3 years if the violation was willful
Sexual Abuse: 2 years
Actions Not Provided For: 4 Years after action accrues
